Murder of Own Soul (Suicide)

If I will die my all problems will be ended ,that sounds good.Today youth considers suicide a solution to their all problems.According to WHO(World Health Organization) close to 800 000 people die due to suicide every year it means One person dies every 40 seconds.Suicide is the third leading cause of death in 15-19-year-olds.

Whenever we get depressed or have a huge problem we think to suicide and i won't say that you are thinking wrong that's natural to think so.Everybody has his own problems.Here I'll try to discuss about suicidal methods,reasons and their solution and i hope that this will be informative and motivating for all of you.

Methods of suicide

It is estimated that around 20% of global suicides are due to pesticide self-poisoning.Others methods of suicide involves involves hanging,Using blades and firearms.

Knowledge of the most commonly used suicide methods is important to devise prevention strategies which have shown to be effective, such as restriction of access to means of suicide.

Reasons of Suicide

1. Relationship Breakup

When someone cheats us or went away from our life due to some reason,we think that every happiness of our life is ended and we can't live without that persons.Mostly when people get cheated by their partner they commit suicide.

2. Family Problems

Every family has its own problem.Mostly youth thinks that their parents ignore them,they don't love them and thus they get involved in bad activities and stuck in them so much that they think suicide best option.

3. Financial Problems

79% of suicides occurred in low and middle income countries in 2016.A lot of people in these countries don't have money for food and clothes so they suicide.Some suicide due to mental disturbance because they don't have money to fulfill  their wishes and for educational expenditures.

4. Blackmailing

Mostly girls become victim of blackmailing.It is very  common in Asian couturiers that a girl loves a boy and on his demand sends him objectionable photos.Boy starts to blackmail her that he will reveal her photos and demands money and use her.That's a condition about which a girl can't tell anyone and finds no way to come out of all this and suicide.

5.Leaked Pics 

When pics of a girl gets leaked ,It doesn't matter ,are these pics edited or real ,the society never accept that girl.Society makes her and her parents life like hell and at last girl decides to commit suicide without thinking that this will further increase her parents problems.

6. Depression

Depression can be due to any reason and this is the most common problem today.Life looks useless.It can also lead to suicide.

7. Failure

When we have worked hard for something and continuous failure comes to our part,this kills a persons internally.Or when we don't get reward of our work or get rejected that leads us to suicide.

Solution of All Reasons of Suicide

1. Life Hereafter

Its very easy to die and get free.Here i won't mention any religion but i think in most of the religions there is a concept of life hereafter and where we will be punished due to our sins.
Don't u think, suicide is one of the biggest sins?Calm down,sit for one minute and think carefully that will the punishment of that life less than this world's punishment?? In Quran it is said:

*{Nor kill (or destroy) yourselves: for verily Allah has been to you Most Merciful!}* (An-Nisaa’ 4:29)

2. Fight For Yourself and Others

If we will die then indirectly we will be appreciating wrong doers that you are doing great dear and do the same with other people.We are a loser that we can't fight for ourselves.Think consciously we don't have any path to fight for our right?fight with evil?May be God has given a chance to become a hope for others to fight for themselves and save their life.There are a lot of methods to fight ,get the help of police or others.

3. Look at your Parents and Family

Some of people committing suicide must have a family.Are you feeling less that you are going to suicide ?Yes feeling less.because you are just thinking about yourself not about your parents and family because you are going to make their lives hell.How will they live after you?You will just be a shame for them.Sorry to say If you are so much selfish and feeling less then God did right by doing wrong with you.

4. Work Hard(Struggle)

I guarantee you that by struggle you will definitely cope with your all problems.Just make struggle and hard work a crucial part of your life and then see magics will happen.believe in yourself!!

5. Note For Parents

All parents please read this.You are the only one who can save them from death.If you are near to them then they will never do such a mistake.You should always support your children.Your children must have as much friendship that they can share everything with you.

Other Prevention and Control

Suicides are preventable. There are a number of measures that can be taken at population, sub-population and individual levels to prevent suicide and suicide attempts. These include:

• reducing access to the means of suicide (e.g. pesticides, firearms, certain medications);
• reporting by media in a responsible way;
• school-based interventions;
• introducing alcohol policies to reduce the harmful use of alcohol;
• early identification, treatment and care of people with mental and substance use disorders, chronic pain and acute emotional distress;
• training of non-specialized health workers in the assessment and management of suicidal behaviour;
• follow-up care for people who attempted suicide and provision of community support.
  

Suicide is a complex issue and therefore suicide prevention efforts require coordination and collaboration among multiple sectors of society, including the health sector and other sectors such as education, labour, agriculture, business, justice, law, defense, politics, and the media. These efforts must be comprehensive and integrated as no single approach alone can make an impact on an issue as complex as suicide.
