Why We Feel Tired? ( Reasons of Tiredness and Fatigue)

1. Inadequate Sleep

According to a research at Harvard University, an adult individual usually needs 7 to 8 hours sleep yet one in three of us are not getting that.When we sleep our brain do a lot of works to function normally such as repairing of dead tissues,storing memories and  release hormones that are necessary for metabolism and regulates energy level.
You may be able to function on more or less than the recommended number of hours, but it’s important to get in the habit of achieving them every night.



you may also feel tired if the quality of sleep is not good.The quality of sleep may get disturbed due to use of cell phone before sleeping ,due to noise or uncomfortable bed or sleeping place.
Inadequate or low quality sleep can harm our body in a lot of ways.In addition to causing laziness and fatigue,It can also shorten your memory,ages your skin,increases the rate of heart diseases and diabetics and it will be shocking that it also increases the risk of Death.

2. Drinking Less Water

When you drink not enough water or your body become dehydrated then some body organs draws water from other organs to work properly therefore there becomes the deficiency of water in other body parts.
As we know water is composed of  hydrogen and oxygen(H2O) and our body is 70% composed of water therefore only 2 or 3% water deficiency in our body causes low energy and fatigue and our body first feels fatigue then  thirst.If you drink less water and feel fatigue and laziness all time then drink more water.A person should drink almost 8 to 12 glasses of water daily.

3. Addiction of using Gadgets

Many people waste most of their  time using cell phones,playing games etc.It is proven by research that the use of gadgets causes stress,anxiety,frustration and depression and it is a big reason that we feel fatigue and laziness all the time.
They have controlled the life of many people.some are addicted of social media such as facebook , Instagram etc and some of games,they all destroy .f you want to overcome laziness and enjoy your life then limit your gadgets using time.They should not affect your life in any way.

4. Improper Diet

Not eating enough, or eating foods that are not nutritious can cause fatigue. If you eat foods that cause spikes in your blood sugar, as soon as those sugars drop, you feel fatigued.
Eat a balanced diet, complete with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and protein. Avoid or limit junk foods high in sugar and fat.Being tired all the time can  be a sign of vitamin deficiency
This could include low levels of vitamin D, vitamin B-12, iron, magnesium, or potassium. A routine blood test can help identify a deficiency and this can be cured by proper diet and taking supplements.

5. No Exercise

Exercise is necessary for staying healthy.The most common reason of fatigue in many people is that they stay free all the time and do no exercise.Most of women think that if they are doing their household works  then its exercise and most men think that going to bazaar by foot is enough.A survey says that the reason of doing no exercise in people is that They are already tired and don't have energy to exercise.The reality is opposite to this,staying free and doing no exercise is also a big reason of low energy.35 Inspirational Quotes On Exercise

6. Diseases

In many diseases our body gives a severe and immediate response.There are some disease that effects us slowly ,sometimes harmful bacteria or viruses enter our body and they look for proper time to attack.as we do any type of carelessness then they find the chance to attack.if you feel any type of disease a cause of laziness and low energy then you should consult a doctor.

7. Anemia(Iron Deficiency)

A reason of fatigue can be that are Anemia is a condition in which you lack enough healthy red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen to your body's tissues. Having anemia can make you feel tired and weak. There are many forms of anemia, each with its own cause. Anemia can be temporary or long term, and it can range from mild to severe.
Signs and symptoms, if they do occur, might include Fatigue,Weakness,Pale or yellowish skin,Irregular heartbeats,Shortness of breath,Dizziness,Chest pain,Cold hands and feet,Headaches etc.
If you are anemic due to iron deficiency, you may be able to replenish your body's iron through diet. Iron-rich foods include meats, beans, tofu, potatoes, broccoli, nuts, iron-enriched cereals, and brown rice. Talk to your doctor if you think you need iron supplements to determine the proper dosage.

8. Stress and Depression

Depression (major depressive disorder) is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act.Depression causes sadness and anxiety, but it can also cause physical symptoms including fatigue, insomnia, aches and pains.

If you or someone you care about is depressed, seek medical attention. Depression may not resolve without treatment, and there are many treatments including therapy and medications that can help resolve symptoms.
